HOW IT WORKS
WHAT IT IS
  1. The Connect and Collect Referral promotion ("Promotion") is organized by YTL Broadband Sdn Bhd ("YTLB"). This Promotion allows ALL existing bhome plan customers to enjoy a discount when they successfully refer their friends/family to bhome 24 months contract plans using their own referral link/code.
  2. The Promotion shall run until 31st March 2025. YTL Broadband may, at it sole and absolute discretion end or extend the Promotion without prior notice to the customer.
REWARDS
  1. Upon successfully referring a new YTLB customer ("Referee"), both the Referrer and the Referee will each qualify for a Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50) bill discount ("Referral Bonus").
  2. The Referrer can receive RM50 off your internet bill for each successful referral. There is no limit to the number of referrals the referrer can submit.
ELIGIBILITY
  1. To be entitled for the Promotion:
    - You ("Referrer") must be an existing YTLB customer with an ACTIVE bhome subscription.
    - Your friends or family ("Referee") must use your referral code/link during the registration process.
    - The account of the Referee is successfully activated before the program ends.
    - The Referrer account is not terminated when the Referee account is activated.
    - The Referee is required to sign up a new 24 months contract bhome internet plan. Please refer to below table for the referral eligibility:

  2. The Referee who registers for the bhome internet service must be a new YTLB customer (and not a returning or existing YTLB customer). YTLB reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether the Referee is a new YTLB customer or otherwise.
HOW TO EARN
  1. To qualify for the Referral Bonus:
    1.1. The referee must either share the referral link (“Referral Link”) or the 8-digit unique code ("Referral Code") generated in the Customer Care Portal (CCP) to the Referee.
    1.2. The Referee can either use the Referral Link to register, or key in the Referral Code during the registration.
    1.3. The Referee must complete the registration and their bhome subscription must be successfully activated (successful activation means successful installation and activation of bhome internet service).
  2. The Referral Bonus will be granted in the form of RM50 bill discount, which will be reflected in both the Referrer’s and Referee’s bill statement. There is also no limit as to how many referrals the Referrer can get in a month, but each bill can only be granted 1 (ONE) Referral Bonus (refer to below illustration). Any unutilized Referral Bonus will be brought forward to cover future bills with no expiration date.

  3. The Referral Bonus is only applicable to taxable monthly recurring charges such as monthly data and voice commitment fee.
  4. The Referrer will receive an email once the Referral Bonus is credited to the Referrer’s bill. The Referrer can also check the status of their referrals at the Customer Care Portal.
  5. If the Referrer cancel their bhome subscription prior to receipt of any entitled Referral Bonus, the Referrer is no longer eligible to receive such entitled Referral Bonus(es) under this Promotion and the balance from the accumulated Referral Bonus after offsetting the final bill will be forfeited.
OTHERS
  1. At the point of Referral Bonus assignment, both the Referrer and Referee must be an active customer.
  2. Referral Bonuses are not refundable or exchangeable with other rewards.
  3. Entities with distinct partnerships or agreements with YTL Broadband are not eligible for Referral Bonuses.
  4. There will be no rollback once a Referral Bonus is redeemed.
